Everything you need to know about the new benchmark feature

What is THE BENCHMARK?

With this feature, you will be able to evaluate and monitor your own performance and improve it if necessary through the benchmark indicator.

Your benchmark is based on your last 500 active calls longer than 5 secs (completely disregarding the time that has passed between these calls) and how you interacted with your chat partners.

🟣 EXCELLENT:
It appears in purple. You have a fantastic performance! This means that you will be prioritized in the queue. 🤩

🟢 GOOD:
It appears in green. You are doing great! This means that you will be prioritized in the queue. 👏

🟡 MODERATE:
It appears in yellow. This means that you are doing OK, but you should invest some effort to improve your work.

🔴 POOR:
It appears in red. This means that your performance is well below our minimum expectations. To improve your performance, you must follow all the steps we attach here ASAP.

Is important that you read and learn the resources given and understand that the category of your performance is related to the conditions in which you are working while you are online in the page.

The benchmark: Explained

Will my account be terminated if I don’t spend enough time online?

No. It’s not about how much time you spend online. It doesn’t matter at all. You can have an excellent benchmark just by spending an hour online. The benchmark is related to the quality of your performance while online, not the quantity of time. It is not our intention to force anyone to spend more time online. Rather, we’d rather you take a break if you’re having a bad day than spend time online with poor performance.

When is the benchmark activated?

The benchmark is activated when you have reached five hundred matches longer than 5 secs or more, and it is updated once per hour. If you have less than 500 calls longer than 5 secs, you will not have any benchmark; the icon will be empty without any consequence or negative impact.

When and how often is the benchmark updated?

It is constantly updated once per hour, and it is based on your last 500 calls longer than 5 secs performance.

What happens if I have a green or purple category?

If you are green or purple, you have priority in the queue. This means you have a limited opportunity to be matched directly with a premium user and skip the wait time. It is constantly being adjusted and rebalanced, especially over the next few days.

Will my account be canceled if I have a red benchmark?

If someone has a red benchmark for an extended period of time and is unable/unwilling to improve their score with the learning resources we provide, we may have to cancel their account.

What happens if I can not see my benchmark color?

If it is not visible in the navigation bar, you don’t have enough matches yet (you need more than 500 calls longer than 5 secs).

How much time in red is needed for the account to be cancelled?

There is no specific time. Each account will be reviewed manually and we will always take your overall performance into account.
