Sometimes working too many hours can make us feel stressed and sad. There is no need to expose yourself to that pace. Eat as healthy as possible
Hydrate. Make sure you don’t overindulge in fast food, no matter how busy you are or how many hours you spend online. Your body and mind will thank you later. Try to take a short break every 2/4 hours and have a healthy snack such as a piece of fruit or a cup of green tea.
Take breaks
Try not to spend more than 2-3 hours at a time in front of the computer/laptop/phone. Take a break but do not watch TV. Go outside, take a walk.
Do not abuse coffee to stay awake.
Learn to listen to your body, it will tell you exactly if something is wrong or if you need something.

When ending your session… end it for real
Once you close the laptop/pc/phone, do not think about work. Find a hobby, do something that relaxes you the most.
For smokers, be sure to count your cigarettes when you’re online. Being online and being nervous (about making money, how to perform on camera, etc.) can cause you to chain smoke.
Do not abuse “recreational substances”.

Take care of your inner self – Stay Healthy as A Webcam Model
IIf you feel you may be depressed, sad, or anxious more than usual, don’t be afraid to consult a psychologist. Your mind needs you and you need your mind to be in good shape for years.
Meditate, if possible. No, not that kind of meditation where you have to stay in some strange positions. Go out into nature. Barefoot if possible. Connect with nature. Hug a tree (make sure no one sees you, lol) – this will recharge your energy. Clear your mind and don’t think about anything – this is hard, but give it a try.
*For those of you working night shifts, you will have to be more careful and take all of the above more seriously.
